Tirzepatide Update
The FDA announced yesterday that Tirzepatide is no longer on the FDA shortage list. This has resulted in immediate changes of our Tirzepatide supply.
If you are currently receiving medication from Hallandale or Striker pharmacy, we will be switching your medication to pre-filled syringes with Medivant pharmacy (see below).
Northwest Compounding is still fulfilling orders but will be adding compounded Vitamin B-12 to their medication in the next 1-2 weeks. This will change the color of the medication from clear to red. If you are currently receiving medication from NW compounding, we do not anticipate any immediate supply changes.
Due to the dynamic supply of Tirzepatide, we can only fulfill one or two month orders at the moment. We are discounting $50 off a two month order but can no longer offer $100 off a three month order.
In the upcoming months it is possible that compounded Tirzepatide will not be available. We are reviewing discounted retail prescribing as a backup option. Semaglutide is still on the FDA shortage list and available. We plan to continue to provide GLP-1 weight loss medications as affordable as possible and will keep you updated as the situation changes.
Pre-filled GLP-1 Syringes
We are excited to announce our partnership with Medivant pharmacy, one of the most well established compounding pharmacies in the United States. They are now offering pre-filled syringes of Semaglutide & Tirzepatide. Each month comes with 4 pre-filled syringes. You attach a small needle and the medication is ready to go. Short video to see how it works. Both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are available though they are currently only fulfilling Tirzepatide orders for the next 60 days. The medication is not compounded with Vitamin B12. You can choose this medication delivery method at no additional cost by contacting orders@theflowwellness.com.

Your health & Weight loss
Please remember that your chronic medical conditions such as blood pressure and thyroid levels may change when losing weight. If you are on blood pressure medication, thyroid medication, or diabetes medication, we recommend checking in with your primary care physician every 3 months while actively losing weight.
Autopay Updates
You can change your payment method on-line via this link. Please note that your payment will be processed on the autopay date. The pharmacy order will be placed the next business day. It can take up to 7 business days to receive your next order so please leave plenty of time for the order to arrive before you run out of medication. Contacting Your Clinician
Please contact your provider via the patient portal or scheduling a follow up visit on-line. We have office staff answering the phone Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3pm. Our clinicians are not available by phone without an appointment. If your phone call goes to voicemail, please leave a message and we will call you back.
