Personalized Weight Loss Medication Management
GLP-1 Insurance Coverage
We currently accept commercial insurance coverage for qualifying patients with Obesity (BMI ≥ 30 or ≥ 27 with weight related medical condition), Type 2 Diabetes, Obstructive Sleep Apnea with obesity. We can help with pre-authorizations for Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Ozempic GLP-1 medication. Your initial visit will be billed under your insurance.
Insurances currently accepted: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Regence, Cigna, Medicare (Medicare only covers GLP-1 medication for obstructive sleep apnea and Type 2 Diabetes). Medicaid and OHP do not cover GLP-1 weight loss medication.
No GLP-1 Insurance Coverage
If your insurance does not cover GLP-1 medication for weight loss, we have affordable monthly options for prescribing Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Ozempic. A dedicated clinician will work with you to discuss treatment options and create a personalized dosing plan. Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the cost of your medication.
Labs available (billed under insurance or additional fee). Nausea medication will be sent your preferred pharmacy. Meet with your clinician monthly to review your progress!
