Medication updates:
Please note that we utilize several pharmacies that distribute Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. All manufacturers certify their product. We may switch pharmacies from time to time based on availability, processing time, and cost.
Upcoming surgical procedure? Make sure to inform your care team that you are taking Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. Anesthesiologists often want the last dose of medication taken a week before an upcoming procedure.
Monthly billing and shipping update:
Thank you for your understanding as we have been rolling out this new program to save money on your weight loss products and have the medication shipped directly to your house. If you wish to change your medication dose for the next order, please contact your provider at least a week before your billing date. Shipments from pharmacies sometimes occur the next day or may take over a week depending on multiple factors. Please let us know if we need to move your billing date forward to ensure your medication arrives on time.
Disposing of sharps containers:
Flow Wellness now has a sharps container drop off at the downtown office. See photos below for directions. Also, the Knott Landfill accepts sharps containers at no-cost; so do the transfer stations in Sisters, Redmond and La Pine. Outside of Central Oregon, sharps disposal facilities can usually be found with a quick google search. For the Portland Metro area, check out this link for nearby options. A new quart-size sharps container can be purchased on Amazon for a few dollars, or we can mail you one with your next order.
Flow Wellness clinic sharps drop off:
Located downstairs at our clinic location (838 NW Bond St). The downstairs door is open from 11am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please tape all lids of the sharps container closed. There is a large black box just right of the dresser (see first photo below). Open the lid and drop the used sharps container in the box. Please close the lid when finished. You can pick up a new sharps container from the wooden cabinet (left door). See second photo.
